Cravings for today

... Beef Steak (Filipino Style)... or "Bistek" as we call it in the Philippines.

I'm talking about cooking it till theres hardly any sauce left... and the meat is soft... or almost burnt.

hmmm..... can't wait to make one later. ;-)
